- The year is 1995—the far right have risen to power in the Principality of Belka. In an effort to
secure natural resources and break out of years of economic hardship, they launch a large-scale invasion
of the Republic of Ustio, a former Belkan territory that has since gained its autonomy. Thus begins the
Belkan War. Belka possesses a massive military advantage over Ustio, and their blitzkrieg offensive
swiftly overwhelms key positions along the border. To counteract this threat, Ustio's government have
assembled a unit of foreign mercenaries and formed a coalition with Osea and other allies.
One of the standout units in this coalition is the Ustio Air Force's 6th Air Division, 66th Air Force Unit, Galm Team. Ustio is eventually liberated thanks to the efforts of the team's ace mercenary pilot, Cipher. As the tide of war turns against Belka and anti-war sentiment begins to grow in the Principality, a new provisional government is established, signaling a turning point in the war. On June 20, 1995, a ceasefire agreement favoring Osea is signed in the city of Lumen, near the South Belkan border, ending the war.

- In 1999, the asteroid Ulysses strikes the Usean continent and inflicts catastrophic damage. Instead
of taking in refugees, the Erusea Republic launches an invasion of the neutral country of San Salvacion,
citing deteriorating conditions within its borders as the reason. This act of aggression engulfs the
entire continent in the flames of war. The Erusean Army seizes the massive anti-asteroid railgun
complex, Stonehenge, and repurposes it into an anti-aircraft weapon, securing air superiority over the
war zone. The ISAF (Independent State Allied Forces) is forced onto the defensive and retreats eastward.
Despite their disadvantageous position, the ISAF is able to reorganize its air forces and begin
launching counteroffensives. In the ensuing battles, the ace pilot Mobius 1quickly rises to prominence
as he leads a series of successful operations that push Erusean forces out of occupied territory. The
momentum decisively shifts when the supposedly impregnable Stonehenge is destroyed, ultimately leading
to the fall of the Erusean capital, Farbanti. Erusea accepts the terms of the surrender, bringing an end
to the Continental War.

- In the wake of the previous war, the Osean Federation and the Union of Yuktobanian Republics work to
improve diplomatic relations. These efforts are a success. The nations agree to reduce the size of their
armies, cut down on weapons of mass destruction, and even work together on international space
development projects.
In September 2010, Osea's Sand Island is suddenly attacked by a force of unidentified aircraft, and this is quickly followed by a declaration of war from Yuktobania, marking the beginning of the Circum-Pacific War. A series of bitterly-fought battles leads to a prolonged stalemate. Behind the scenes, an extremist group known as The Gray Men, made up of renegade survivors of the Belkan War, secretly abduct President Harling of Osea and Prime Minister Nikanor of Yuktobania in a bid to escalate the conflict. However, both leaders are rescued in an operation jointly conducted by Sea Goblin and Osea's Wardog Squadron (later known as the Ragriz Squadron). In a joint press conference, the two leaders expose the conspiracy and call for peace. This appeal inspires pro-peace factions within both militaries to join forces with Razgriz Squadron. The Belkan renegades' plot is thwarted, and the war begins to draw to a close.

- Sixteen years after the impact of the asteroid Ulysses, the relatively undamaged Republic of Emmeria
is on the road to recovery, while the Federation of Estovakia has gone through economic collapse and
civil war. In the skies over Emmeria's thriving capital Gracemeria, a fleet of Estovakian military
aircraft suddenly appears. Emmeria is subject to a vicious air raid and becomes occupied by Estovakian
forces. The remnants of Emmeria's army are forced to abandon the capital and retreat west, toward Khesed
Island.
Amidst these setbacks, Garuda Team, the 28th Fighter Squadron serving in the Emmerian Air Force's 8th Air Division, achieves remarkable successes and helps establish a foothold for a counteroffensive to retake the mainland. The Emmerian military bolsters its strength by rescuing trapped forces, and pushes toward Gracemeria. In the end, the army liberates the capital, decisively turning the tide of the war. Estovakia's military regime collapses in a coup, and a ceasefire agreement is signed that brings the conflict to an end.

- On May 15, 2019, terrorist drones strike Osean territory. That same day, Erusea captures the
international space elevator, seizes control of the Arsenal Birds, and declares war. This is the
beginning of the Lighthouse War. Faced with Erusea's drones and the captured Arsenal Birds, Osean forces
are pushed back to the eastern coast. In contrast to Erusea's proclaimed "clean war", Osean forces
commit a series of targeting blunders with their bombing runs that cause public opinion to turn in favor
of Erusea. This is exacerbated by a botched attempt to rescue former President Harling.
The Osean military forms the Long Range Strategic Strike Group and successfully reactivates Stonehenge, which enables them to shoot down the Arsenal Bird Liberty. On the day of the their advance on Farbanti, the destruction of key satellites shuts down networks across the entire continent. In the ensuing chaos, small former states within Erusea declare their independence, sparking internal strife. A voluntary coalition of Osean forces and a traditionalist sect of the Erusean Army exploit the turmoil to shoot down the Arsenal Bird Justice and force the surrender of the Erusean Army radicals. A ceasefire agreement is signed on December 1 of the same year in Expo City, bringing the war to an end.

- October 2020: The Federal Republic of Aurelia is a peaceful and prosperous nation rich in mineral
resources, located at the southern tip of South Osea. However, their peaceful way of life comes to an
end when its neighbor, the Democratic Republic of Leasath, suddenly invades. Leasath, which has just
emerged from a civil war, cites "years of exploitation by Aurelia" as its justification. With the
awesome destructive power of the Gleipnir aerial fortress at their disposal, Leasath's forces advance
rapidly on Aurelia. This offensive catches Aurelia completely off guard—with no means to fight back,
nearly the entire territory is overtaken, leaving only Aubrey Base in the remote southwest free of
occupation. However, this is enough to spur on a counter-offensive led by the base's own Gryphus
Squadron, and the Aurelians steadily recover occupied territory, one region at a time. This inspires
others to take up the fight, and eventually, Gleipnir is destroyed and the capital is retaken. The war
ends in December of the same year with the downfall of the conflict's chief orchestrator, Leasath
commander Diego Navarro.

- As technology becomes more advanced, the world enters an era in which multinational corporations
effectively operate as sovereign states. Tensions across the globe rise as three powerful factions, each
with their own ideology, vie for power: UPEO (Universal Peace Enforcement Organization), General
Resource Limited, and Neucom Incorporated. Tensions come to a head when General Resource imposes
economic sanctions on Neucom—this standoff eventually boils over into an armed conflict between the two
corporations despite mediation efforts by UPEO. Amidst the growing chaos, a transhumanist group called
Ouroboros, led by Abyssal Dision, launches a coup. Their stated goal is the complete cyberization of
humanity. In response, Neucom, General Resource, and UPEO form a temporary alliance to root out
insurrectionists lurking within each other's organizations, bringing the coup to an end.
